TERMS & CONDITIONS | A photo or copy of your Dog’s most recent vaccination is required for entry to all daycare services, all attendees must have received at least their first two vaccinations including Canine Cough. A photo can be sent through to info@k9campus.co.nz and please reference your first and last name. All attending Dogs must have flea and worming up to date and maintained regularly. If you Dog has not attended a dog daycare before or is over 9 months of age, then an assessment is required and this is done over the period of one day and there is no charge for this assessment day. The health of your Dog is important to us so please advise us if there is any change in your Dogs general health, if your Dog is unwell with things like, diarrhoea or vomiting or injured they won’t be able to attend daycare, but please contact us to discuss. If your Dog comes into season they won’t be able to attend daycare until this is finished, this can be for a period of at least 3 weeks. In order to secure your Dogs space in daycare they will need to attend at least once a month. Please notify us if your Dog is unable to attend for over a month or you want to stop your Dogs enrollment. All Dogs must be checked in by 9am. All Dogs must be picked up before 5.30pm unless arranged prior. For your Dogs safety all dogs must be kept on lead and under control while entering and exiting our K9 Campus facility, this includes to and from your vehicle. Payment for daycare is required when your booking is confirmed and for regular Dogs this is paid at the start of each week. Boarding dogs payment is required on drop off. K9 Campus reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel enrollment of any Dog deemed by their own assessment to be unsuitable for daycare. Please ensure you are healthy and have not had any close contacts with anyone with flu like symptoms or COVID-19 and consent to our contact tracing requirements. Any breach of these terms may result in the cancellation of your enrollment without notice. Bookings are required to guarantee entry.
